Come visit our original store where the history all began.  Having been owned by the Vandegrift's of Shawnee since 1930 makes this location the oldest single family owned Bar-B-Q Restaurant in the state of Oklahoma.  This restaurant is packed with local history.  Located near historic downtown Shawnee, Van's has preserved the exterior of this building near to it's original appearance.

Directions: Coming from the east or the west on Interstate 40, take the Harrison Street Exit (#186).  Head south for approximately 3.6 Miles till you reach Highland Street.  Turn right on Highland and you will find us up one block on the left side of the road. 

Catering: Van's offers catering services for parties with guests into the thousands.  We do not have a specific menu for caterings.  Each event is priced according to the number of people and the items to be served.  Prices can range from $3.50 on up to $15.00 per person depending on your needs.  Please call and ask for a manager for more information.

Parties: Depending on the date and time, Van's in Shawnee has private rooms to accommodate private parties as large as 75 people. Call us for information on menus and availability.
